2 partridges

2 cabbages, washed, shredded

3 carrots, peeled, quartered

1 onion, peeled, quartered

1/4 pound bacon, cut in 4 strips

2 cups water

seasonings to taste

Preparation Time: 0 Hours & 0 Mins

Cooking Time: 0 Hours & 0 Mins

Place the partridges in a roasting dish and roast them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove partridges from roasting pan.

Place the partridges in a casserole dish and put all the other ingredients on top of them.

Cover the casserole dish and cook for a further 40 minutes.

Remove and serve.
