Popular TV chef, Phil Vickery has teamed up with Game-to-Eat to produce a series of 6 fantastic web-films to celebrate the start of the game season.
The films show Phil busy in his kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious game recipes using partridge, pheasant and venison. All the recipes are quick and easy to prepare and use ingredients that are easy to source, locally in the high street or in supermarkets.
Phil, a big fan of British seasonal produce and always keen to support British wild game, created 3 traditional recipes for each meat as well as 3 modern twists. They include a Chinese style Pheasant, a Simple Roasted Partridge and a Braised Venison with Smoked Bacon, Red Wine and Apricots. |

Cyrus Todiwala hosted a gourmet game dinner with Game-to-Eat and Rioja producer Marques de Caceres in October. The event was a huge success with the wines a fantastic match to the four course game dinner that was served. Game-to-Eat will be looking to repeat this activity in 2009. |
