Game-to-Eat sponsors Skillery![]() Game-to-Eat is delighted to announce sponsorship of the Venison Skills Arena Demonstration at this years Combined Services Culinary Challenge taking place at Sandown Park Race Course from 30th October until 1st November. The demonstration is to be hosted by Sophie Wright, winner of the Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award in 2006, will last for an hour and look at basic preparation of venison along with an outline of recipe suggestions. Sophie Eleanor Wright, formerly of Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill, London and now about to embark on TV and publishing work, already uses game in her menus and is looking forward to encouraging other chefs to include game in their repertoire. The Combined Services Culinary Challenge & Exhibition brings together chefs, caterers and stewards from the Royal Navy, Army and RAF, where they will spend three days developing and presenting their culinary skills in a competitive environment. Game is fantastically versatile and it requires minimum preparation and is quick to cook .
