Game-to-Eat sponsors Game to cookGame-to-Eat is delighted to be sponsoring the Sussex High Sheriffs’ Game to Cook competition on Saturday 6th October at the Autumn Show & Game Fair at the South of England Centre, Ardingly. The event, commencing at 11am, sees two teams from West Sussex and East Sussex producing a minimum of two dishes that must include locally sourced game supplied by Game-to-Eat. The Green team (West Sussex) consisting of Colin Field JP, High Sheriff of West Sussex and Lewis Hamblet, Executive Chef of the South Lodge Hotel, nr Horsham will be competing against the Red team (East Sussex) – Caroline Mayhew, High Sheriff of East Sussex and Graeme Campbell, Executive Chef of the Ashdown Park Hotel, nr Forest Row. The competition will be compered by Charles Metcalfe, one of the best-known most spontaneous and amusing wine critics in Britain. Charles will also be ensuring fair play throughout the competition. Game is fantastically versatile and requires minimum preparation so is perfect for chefs as well as for anyone who enjoys cooking at home.
